Upwards of 150 people took part in ARI’s third annual Best in Fleet, which took place November 7th to the 9th in Hollywood, Florida.

The event brought together clients and vendors, who attended various conferences, panel discussions and networking activities designed to help fleet managers improve their performance.

The event was hosted by ARI Senior Vice President of Global Service Excellence, Denise Wildish, and ARI Senior Vice President, Sales, U.S. and Canada, Anthony Foursha.

Industry experts provided an overview of the evolution of fleet management as a result of technological advancements and the widespread implementation of telematics. Other topics included the measurable impact and benefits of preventative maintenance, along with a presentation featuring the latest tools used to determine the optimal replacement cycle for each vehicle.

Industry consultant Lucas Neckermann, who has authored several books on the subject, discussed the evolution of mobility solutions. High-profile businessman, TV personality and keynote speaker, Kevin O’Leary, closed the event by sharing his leadership philosophy with conference participants.

The third edition of this annual event was held at the Diplomat Resort, in Hollywood, Florida.
"We are in the midst of a customer service revolution," exclaimed ARI President, Bob White. He reviewed ARI’s investments in the field of telematics and the continuous improvement of company business practices, convinced that the current fleet can play a significant role as to the company’s future.
Greg Raven and Tom William, from ARI, hosted a conference that touched upon several minor changes that can be immediately implemented to help improve fleet performance.

Holman Business Services (ARI parent company), President and CEO, Chris Conroy, delivered an inspiring speech explaining how the company successfully engages its employees in the continuous improvement of its business practises.
Guests were invited to an evening cruise aboard the Grand Floridian.
The cruise was one of several networking opportunities for ARI customers to chat about their own fleets and exchange ideas.
Lucas Neckermann discussed the transportation revolution and the shrinking market along with the electrification initiatives required to maintain fleet business.
Orator extraordinaire, Kevin O'Leary, shared his leadership philosophy with conference participants in a presentation filled with humour.
