First Fix Network Supercentres Open in Quebec
The Fix Network has announced that Groupe Véronneau has become the first franchise strategic partner to open supercentres that have all three of the network’s brands under one roof—Fix Auto, NOVUS Glass and Speedy Auto Service.
Two such Fix Network Supercentres have been opened in Coaticook and Sherbrooke East, Quebec, by Valérie Véronneau, General Manager of the Véronneau Groupe, and her teams. According to the network, the opening of the two supercentres have brought Fix Network World President Steve Leal’s strategic vision for the Canadian industry leader into reality. Leal’s vision is to offer customers the complete automotive aftermarket service package at one location. Customers will now have access to collision repair service, windshield repair and replacement, and mechanical service for their vehicle under one roof at both the supercentres.
“Originally we wanted to open several shops exclusive to collision repair services,” said Véronneau. “After speaking with Steve, we were excited by the idea of having all three services in one facility for added convenience for our customers.”
Often, when a vehicle comes in for collision repair services, it requires glass and mechanical work as well. At Véronneau’s new facilities, all repair work can be completed without the need for outsourcing them. Additionally, customers will have the option of bringing their vehicles into the facilities even for regular mechanical repairs and maintenance and for glass repair or replacement.
“The Véronneau Groupe has been part of Fix Network for many years and have always been leaders in the industry,” commented Steve Leal, President & CEO Fix Network World. “I am very proud of Valérie and her entire team for making this vision into a reality. They were quick to embrace this business model and launch the first two Fix Auto, NOVUS Glass and Speedy Auto Service Supercentres in the country. They are true entrepreneurs with an unwavering commitment to our brands and the drive to succeed in this highly competitive industry.”
Grand opening ceremonies at both locations celebrated the first Supercentres for Fix Network, the Véronneau Groupe and for the automotive aftermarket services industry in Canada.
