Fix Network’s Fix Auto, NOVUS Glass and Speedy Auto Service staff members from all over Canada came together for its annual National Team Meetings.

Steve Leal, President & CEO of Fix Network World, welcomed staff members to the annual meetings which were held in Ottawa, Ont.

“In response to the rapid growth of our network in Canada, we now have more than 90 team members all focused on supporting our franchise strategic partners,” said Leal. “This annual cross-country meeting is not only an investment in our people but also an investment in the businesses of our franchise strategic partners so that mutual success is achieved.”

All team members from every department in every region of Canada were in attendance at the event. They received business updates, shared best practices, together reviewed the successes of this year and began the strategic planning discussions for the next year.

“While our network may consist of different brands, we have united and leveraged those brands resulting in the power of one. As one network, the collective whole is greater than the sum of its parts,” stated Leal.

As a leading automotive aftermarket services provider in Canada, the Fix Network sees the event as an opportunity to keep all teams informed about the direction in which it will proceed. This, in turn, will help support its franchise strategic partners.

Throughout all the presentations, from Sales to Marketing to Operations, the focus was on Fix Network’s commitment to excellence and innovation.
