Aon Delivers Brand-Centric Insurance
Jaguar Land Rover Canada is giving customers exclusive access to brand-specific insurance coverage with Jaguar Insurance and Land Rover Insurance, fueled by Aon Reed Stenhouse.
Canadian vehicle owners will now be able to get auto insurance at retail locations during the vehicle purchasing process to improve customer experience. These brand-specific insurance coverage options will soon be available online and through mobile as well.
“The partnership offers a way to personalize the buying process even further,” says Caroline Mills-White, Senior Vice President and National Director of Aon Personal Lines, Affinity. “We’re integrating the insurance component into the brand experience.”
Jaguar and Land Rover customers will have access to a network of brokers to help with vehicle protection alongside insurance solutions tailored to a driver’s vehicle(s). Benefits will be offered to all driver types, including vehicles for daily commuters, collector editions, and antique models. Additionally, Canadians will receive an official coverage option, which will ensure that genuine parts will replace any car parts that need to be changed by trained technicians at a brand’s approved facility.
Rob Whisson, Director Customer Service Canada, says “We’ve taken a hard look at our business to improve our performance and transform our technology offering. We’re providing more choice.”
Whisson envisions a global expansion of this program, saying that their “plan to lay the foundations for long-term growth also starts with finding a Canadian partner who is aligned with [their] vision.”
Aon will become an extension of the Jaguar and Land Rover brands as white label solutions.
Jaguar Insurance and Land Rover Insurance officially launched across Canada on February 4, 2019.
