Sensor-protecting Wheel
 

Ken-Tool's TPMS Sentry protects valuable valve stem sensors that mount through the valve hole. Rather than allowing the sensor to drop into the tire cavity after the mounting nut has been removed, it remains attached to the T-shaped device by a flexible cable attached to the valve stem. The technician always knows where the sensor is, and can thus avoid making inadvertent contact with it while also eliminating the time wasted by searching for a sensor that has moved around inside the tire during demounting, according to the company. Made of hardened steel, it includes an integrated threaded valve core depressor for tire deflation plus a valve core removal and replacement tool. (SB)
