THEBIS Noise and Vibration Diagnostic Unit

The Snap-on THEBIS Noise and Vibration Diagnostic Unit will help you pinpoint the source of noise and vibration in underhood, undercar and vehicle interiors faster and easier.

This unit has many features, including: 6 separate channels to allow selectable inputs with LCD display for waveform visualization, frequency adjustment, recording events, voice memo functions; 4 inductive clamps to pick-up vibrations/noise from the chassis and driveline; 2 vent transducers to pick up sounds from various locations in the drivetrain; a listening wand/contact probe for use as an electronic stethoscope for interior/underhood applications; a high-quality headphone set with boom microphone for recording voice memos; a PC download capability to manage recorded .wav files for customer playback and/or file sharing; a 10 channel band-pass filter allows tune-out of undesired background noises; and recorded files stored on USB memory stick (included).
