Urea Diesel Exhaust Solution
 

Blue Def is a new environmental product designed to meet the greenhouse gas standards set by the EPA for the end of 2010. It is a reagent diesel exhaust fluid that, when combined as required with the new selective catalytic reduction system (SCR), converts gases into water and hydrogen. Safe for users and the environment, Blue Def is a solution of 67.5% purified water and 32.5% urea. Its consumption ranges between 2% and 5% of the total volume of diesel used. (EB)
