 Tenneco plans to transfer production of exhaust systems for General Motors Co.'s GMT900 pickup truck platform from Cambridge, Ontario to plants in Marshall and nearby Litchfield, MI. The move will result in about 36 and 80 new hourly jobs at each facility, respectively. The production shift could impact up to 100 employees at the Tenneco plant in Cambridge, Ontario, where 445 hourly employees currently work, according to The Record newspaper of Kitchener, Ontario.
