Thursday, March 04, 2010 Lexus to Launch a New Hybrid Premium Compact Car
 Lexus, the luxury brand of Japanese auto manufacturer Toyota, has released details of its new and upcoming CT 200h car, the first, according to the manufacturer, full hybrid vehicle to be launched in the premium compact segment. Though the CT 200h seems to be aimed at the European market, it will be sold worldwide, according to Lexus. The car will go into production in late 2010 and will use a mechanical combination similar to that of the Prius. The car is a five-door compact that should appeal to younger drivers. (ED)
