Industry leaders and business owners, along with many of Rousseau Automotive Communication’s partners, clients, colleagues and friends joined Remy Rousseau and his team in celebrating 15 great years in business. An independent garage owner in Quebec, Remy Rousseau started his publishing business in 1994 with a single magazine, Le Garagiste. “I knew very little about the automotive industry,” he admits. “But I knew I wanted to help others, and I especially wanted to make a difference.” From a single French language magazine catering to independent garage owners in the province of Quebec, Rousseau Automotive Communication has exploded onto the national scene with close to 25 bilingual products specializing in mechanical, collision repair, tires, fleet and remarketing. Measuring bodies lines at the NAPA Auto Parts 200

You probably never noticed, but NASCAR is very strict on the correctness of the body lines of its race cars. Some forty years, a very brilliant car preparatory called Smokey Yunnick showed up with a new race car, a Chevelle, that rapidly established records for speed. But a keen eye noticed the car was slightly smaller than the regular car it represented, explaining why the car was so fast! Consequently, NASCAR rapidly «invented» templates so that all cars of a brand would be exactly the same. So templates were used at the NASCAR NAPA Auto Parts 200 that was run during the last weekend of August in Montreal. (ED)
