 Gregory Benckart has been appointed to General Manager, Automotive Refinish USCA and will assume North American responsibilities for PPG’s automotive refinish business. Previously, Benckart was the General Manager, Sales and Marketing N.A Automotive Refinish. He will continue to maintain an office at the Refinish headquarters located in Strongsville, Ohio and report to John R. Outcalt. Benckart has been with PPG for more than 29 years and has held various sales and marketing positions of increased responsibility. He holds a Bachelors degree in economics from the College of Wooster and earned an MBA from Vanderbilt University. (LB)
