Friday, February 26, 2010 Mercedes-Benz’ F-800 Style Concept Car Has Rear Sliding Doors
 Guess what? The minivan fad is not over yet! The proof is in the concept car that Mercedes-Benz is to present at the Geneva Motor Show in early March. The car is known as the F800 Style and it represents the styling direction that the German manufacturer is heading to for what it is believed to be a future “baby” CLS four-door coupe. The F800 Style has a plug-in hybrid drivetrain with a 300-horsepower gas V6 combined to a 109 horsepower electric motor and rear-wheel drive. But what really attracts our attention is the configuration of the rear doors. They are sliding doors—just like what we still have on minivans! (ED)
