BASF Expands Lean Educational Program

BASF has expanded its Lean educational program for customers by adding three new components. “Launching Lean” is a two-day workshop introducing the fundamental concepts and tools needed to implement Lean in a collision repair facility. They have also added “Lean Implementation”, a three-day workshop that explores ways to reduce non-value added activities and waste and measure success. For owners and managers, “Leading a Lean Culture” will be helpful in assessing their individual business and establishing a plan for Lean implementation. BASF’s program was developed in-house by its team of Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belts and collision industry experts. For more information about these courses, visit www.basfrefinish.com. (LB)
